Moving into the unit was a little different. I showed up and had cash however they won’t accept cash. They only accept cards and the card has to have your name on it. At first I found this a little annoying but after thinking about it, really it offers an additional layer of security during the rental process. I like the fact that they don’t issue gate codes or even gate cards. I unlock the entrance and exit gates with an app on my phone. The door to the building is also unlocked through my phone. The lock I. The unit itself is a cylinder lock with lock. I was happy with how clean the hallways and the units are. Ive been there almost a year and I d only seen the hallway a little messy once. One thing that is a little inconvenient is that they only have one cart for customers to use near my entrance door. Ive been there a few times a someone else was using it so I either had to wait or carry my totes one by one.

User friendly website to reserve a unit. Wasn’t sure how the app was going to be to use but if you follow the directions, seems to work well to get into the facility. Unit was clean and ready on time for move in.

This was honestly the best storage place I have ever rented from! Very clean, safe, easy access, and excellent customer service . I never had any issues at all. When I moved out , Georgina made it sooooo smooth, easy and stress free. I highly recommend this place!
