Roberta and the rest of the staff at Ranier View Storage were most friendly, helpful and accommodating when we were scrambling for cover to park our 4 vehicles before the “BIG UNHEARD OF” storm they were calling for in our area. With the move-in special and prorated amounts, it was less than $150 to have peace of mind for all 4 of our cars. The move-in and move-out process was easy and convenient. The property is exceptionally clean. This was the 2nd time we rented from Rainier View, and they’re the best storage facility I’ve ever dealt with! Thank you!

Yesterday was an extremely good experience. Keau, went above and beyond her job title I’m sure. She was extremely thorough and very informative on every single step of renting a storage unit. You don’t find too much of that customer service these days anymore, but she definitely deserves some big kudos. She was very patient with us and, help us out every step of the way. Also the storage unit place is extremely clean and everybody there has seemed very helpful.
