Just started our rental contract but the experience has been very good so far! From the included lock (also THANK YOU for already cutting open the plastic clamshell package as I forgot to bring scissors), great price for a 10×10, friendly staff, to the app. -which is much better than Public Storage – it’s easy to use and responsive, much faster and easier to open the gate, doors and elevators. Kudos to the app developers! Curious to see if/when the rental cost will increase over time compared to my previous PS experience. Love that I’m supporting a local business as well.

Wow – what a great experience I had this weekend at Rainier View Storage. Very clean, organized and a lot of complimentary items like a large moving truck and plenty of well built carts. Introductory pricing of 75% off the first two months with no gimmicks. What made my experience more than anything was the exemplary service and support I received from Karen and Janet. They took care of EVERYTHING and made my part super easy, fast and convenient. Truly amazing people!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. How it is not completely filled up by now is a mystery but also an opportunity for people looking for a secure easy to use place. They have not just storage lockers but also RV/big truck parking (useful to me when I temporarily had two vehicles and only one parking place).

this is our third summer in a row renting at this facility – my daughter is a student at Univ of Puget Sound and this is close to campus, so we have been putting her belongings in storage every summer. The facility is clean and safe. There is an app on your phone you use to access the parking lot, access the elevators and of course, access your actual unit. The parking is easy, the units are clean. This is our last summer renting as my girl graduates next summer. But we could not have handled keeping all her school items year to year without this storage unit – so thank you!
