I was lied to from the beginning. I wasn’t told I would have to pay for another unit on top of paying for my original unit. So I paid for the other unit. I was out by the 16th of the month. They are supposed to give me a partial refund next rent month August

I just want to say, Gorgiana is AMAZING! Excellent customer service, very thorough and a beautiful personality. She walked us through what size we needed for our 2200 sq ft home. Helped us navigate the app for payment and gate access. I would like to thank her for everything she has done for us, and should be recognized it. Staff here are AMAZING!!! Krista was my original point of contact, professional, kind and helpful. She got my unit reserved quickly. Came in and Tanner helped us get the unit rented and we moved in quickly! He was SUPER kind, personable and professional! He even brought us water bottles while we were moving our items into the unit. It was hot outside plus with all our lifting and movement, the drinking waters really helped us out! He allowed us to use the bathrooms while there also, as we were waiting for several hours waiting on someone else to arrive, (who is not affiliated with the storage company). Ive rented a unit elsewhere in the past and that experience was very lacking, whereas here at Lakeland Hills we felt almost pampered in the high-quality service. Tho our stay was short, we had an amazing experience here and will refer to you if ever the opportunity arises! Thank you both Tanner and Krista!

Had a great experience at Linden Park last week. Rebecca was incredibly helpful and courteous from start to finish, and the whole process was smooth and easy. The facility is extremely clean, well-located, and exactly what I was looking for. Really glad I found this place!
