Claire at Daffodil Storage is that person. From the very beginning, Claire has been absolutely incredible. She is friendly, professional, helpful, patient, and genuinely cares about the people who walk through the door. She doesn’t make you feel like you’re just another unit number or another monthly payment — she treats you like an actual person. What really stands out is that Claire seems to understand something that a lot of businesses have forgotten: great customer service isn’t just solving problems; it’s how you make people feel while you’re doing it. She remembers people, communicates clearly, follows through, and somehow manages to make something as ordinary as renting a storage unit a genuinely pleasant experience. We went to pick up a moving truck. The lady that works there, I think her name is Christina, is an awesome person. Was very friendly and helpful. We were in and out in maybe 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend.

The staff was beyond amazing. Gorgie at the front desk was extremely helpful and got me set up quick and easy. Would recommend this place to anybody looking for a storage unit.

Wow as older person needed storage Jaime made it so easy & very clear! I had a load to store! Did it without any trouble it was clean safe & secure storage! Lights everywhere ! At first I was apprehensive about the elevator’s on third floor! I would recommended it for anyone ! This facility made it so easy! Thank you Jaime for calming my fears ! Maybe did this once in my life long ago it wasn’t very good experience! Only Rainier for me! I’m 77 senior self reliant!
